Cornerstone Investment Partners, LLC is an employee-owned registered investment advisor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Cornerstone’s highly experienced professionals specialize in equity portfolio management. Investment Operations Associate
Responsibilities- Assist with cash & asset reconciliation and other daily processes
- Assist with the account opening and closing process
- Assist with monthly and quarterly client reporting
- Assist with trade settlements
- Assist with internal audits and maintain client documentation
- Support other associates with periodic projects/updates
- Assist with office administration tasks and all other tasks as assigned
- Assist with maintaining and auditing office systems and applications
Cornerstone’s hybrid working model is designed to find the right balance between in-person collaboration and engagement in the office and working from home. Each business group varies on the split between time spent in the office and at home, but this will be discussed and made clear as part of your application and interview process. Requirements- Candidate must be a self-starter who is motivated and a quick learner. Organization skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently multitask and adhere to multiple deadlines with minimal difficulty. This person must be team‑oriented with strong interpersonal, computer and analytical skills who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent working experience in the financial services industry
- 1 to 2 years of portfolio administration experience or in a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Comfortable learning new applications and software
- Detail oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn
