We are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions Administration team in Sheffield. The role involves supporting client portfolios and ensuring accurate calculation and administration of member benefit entitlements.

• Completing calculations in relation to member benefit entitlements
• Responding to queries from various stakeholders
• Preparing and collating information as requested

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
• Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third‑party administrator or in‑house occupational pension scheme
• Experience working with DB Pension Schemes
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
• Solutions driven with a focus on continuous improvement
• Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
