Compensation $80-$150K depending on depth of insurance and investor reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results
- Analyze financial performance, profitability trends, and key operating metrics
- Develop recommendations to improve financial performance and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic financial evaluations
- Assist with capital allocation and growth initiatives
- Deliver ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership and department heads
- Support investor reporting initiatives and executive presentations
- Assist with quarterly and annual public company reporting requirements
- Gain exposure to SEC reporting processes, including 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Support earnings preparation and related financial analyses
- Partner with leadership on key financial messaging and performance reporting
- Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, and Operations teams
- Analyze business drivers impacting profitability and financial performance
- Support GAAP and Statutory (STAT) reporting processes
- Assist with regulatory reporting and audit requests
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Reporting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities including modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Property & Casualty insurance industry experience
- Experience with financial statement analysis and reporting
- Exposure to GAAP financial reporting
- Understanding of insurance company financial metrics and performance indicators
- Property & Casualty Insurance

- Power BI, Tableau, or advanced reporting tools
