Kallman and Company LLP, a leading tax advisory firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for clients across various industries.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions and minimize liabilities.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns within the tax department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client needs.
• Assist in tax audits and communicate effectively with taxing authorities on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license (a must)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
