OverviewOur Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. Our product offering includes comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and a leading global debt and equity capital markets platform. We complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients focused on the delivery of advice on equity capital markets issuances and opportunities.
- Create and deliver high-value added financial analysis to a targeted universe of clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.
- Develop and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other parts of the bank to offer multiple products and solutions to clients.
- Identify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas, and through the monitoring of productivity against benchmarks.
- Ensure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigated.
- Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive product and market knowledge.
- Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations.
- Dynamic, agile, highly motivated. Able to navigate, adapt and thrive in a constantly changing/evolving global bank.
