JobOverview
The role supports a team of Financial Advisors across business management, development, wealth planning, investment management, and relationship management. The incumbent will provide quality client service, operations support, and problem resolution requiring extensive analysis and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality client service and effective operations support by resolving client issues and analyzing data to address risk issues and trends.
- Escalate issues and provide resolution on complex inquiries, requests, and problems related to client concerns.
- Document client interactions and provide team members with time‑sensitive updates.
- Attend client review meetings to capture notes, document in Salesforce, and track all actions/activities to ensure the highest level of client service.
- Provide advice and assist with training for team members.
- Series7,63/65 or66 or equivalent.
- Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support.
- SAFEAct registration; all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register and remain in good standing.
- ADV‑2B required.
- Maintain at least one firm‑approved designation.
- Demonstrated expertise and impact in at least two of the following specialized functions:
Wealth Planning, Investment Management, Business Development, Business Management and/or Relationship Management. - Strong communication, client experience, organizational, partnership and relationship management, analytical and process improvement skills.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
