Position: Hybrid Tax Advisor with FBC
Step into the role of Tax Advisor & Preparer with FBC in Chilliwack, BC, in a hybrid position that mixes remote work and travel to client locations. Focus on delivering optimal tax strategies for diverse Members.

In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for Members, assessing their financial situations and providing dedicated tax guidance. Your responsibilities will include preparing tax returns and introducing clients to FBC's comprehensive services, all while building strong, lasting relationships. Occasional office meetings in Kelowna will support team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise Members on tax and accounting solutions

• Accurately prepare T1 and T2 tax returns

• Cultivate relationships that encourage ongoing engagement

• Assess client needs and connect with in-house specialists

• Document all Member interactions thoroughly

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant tax preparation experience

• Familiarity with Taxprep and Xero software

• Experience with both personal and corporate taxes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and solve complex issues
