• Manage secured and structured financing transactions and defaults.
• Collaborate with capital markets and loan agency departments.

• Minimum of four years of experience in transactional work.
• Experience in finance or securities/capital markets preferred.
• Ability to work with complex transactional documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Bar admission in Connecticut or eligibility for admission.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
