Position: Strategic Controller Role in Downingtown
Join Revival Gourmet Foods as a strategic Controller, overseeing financial management primarily through remote work. Drive operational controls and profitability for a premium sauce manufacturer.

In this pivotal role, the Controller will guide all financial processes in collaboration with site leadership at Revival Gourmet Foods. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring robust financial practices that support long-term growth and efficiency. Your expertise in accounting and compliance will enhance our production facility's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leaders for financial analysis and modeling

• Own financial reporting and variance presentations

• Develop the Annual Operating Plan and forecasts

• Manage inventory and product cost standards

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA preferred

• 5 years of finance experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong analytical and data translation ability

• Experience influencing teams and meeting deadlines
