Fin Dev Canada is hiring a Senior Investment Officer with a mastery of blended finance. This permanent position requires 8 to 12 years of experience in DFI/MDB settings and a strong track record in structuring transactions. You will engage sector teams, develop partnerships, and ensure operational excellence in financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead blended finance initiatives

• Structure impactful investment transactions collaboratively

• Build and manage partner relationships effectively

• Coach Investment Team members promoting growth

• Ensure accurate reporting of finance activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in finance, 5 years in blended finance

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field

• Fluent in English and French

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

• Capacity for travel required
