Work time - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Posting journals (reversing; non-reversing; AIJE Advanced Intercompany Journal entries) into the finance system (Net Suite) based on instructions provided by the UK Finance team
• Ensuring all journal entries are supported by appropriate backup documentation and approvals
• Comfortable working with foreign currency transactions and multi-currency journal entries
• Uploading and maintaining Black Line reconciliations based on reconciliations & supporting documentation supplied by the UK team
• Liaising with the UK Finance team regarding status updates, queries, and completion of assigned tasks
• Supporting month-end close activities in line with agreed timelines and controls

• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Comfortable working with finance systems and reconciliation tools
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and journal postings
• Strong team collaboration skills, working closely with UK Finance stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems and Black Line (or similar reconciliation tools) preferred
