Corporate FP&A Analyst
Responsible for supporting execution of the company's strategy by providing reliable financial reporting & analysis. Works within Enterprise financial reporting, maintaining and developing financial models, and managing a data ecosystem that feeds financial reporting. Reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Work Location & FlexibilityThis role is a hybrid flex office/home position. Must work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location.
Compensation and BenefitsPosition Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $. Salary compensation may vary based on job level and geographic work location. Relocation support offered for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities- Produce enterprise financial reporting packages.
- Work with a cross‑functional team to maintain a data ecosystem that feeds financial reporting and produce commentary on financial results.
- Build financial models and analyses that support results reporting, including current year results, forecasts and projections, and industry data.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support business decisions and support management across the organization.
- Assist in development and maintenance of metrics/scorecards that measure the company's execution of its strategic focus areas.
- 4+ years of financial reporting experience.
- Prior insurance experience strongly preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, GCP and/or Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience performing financial and operational analysis.
- Solid knowledge of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
- Solid knowledge of insurance accounting and operations.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support or service.
- Travel requirement up to 5%.
