You take over the operational finance engine for our three entities and run day-to-day finance operations end to end. You work closely with our CFO who owns the strategic layer, our finance and operations team, as well as our Co-CEOs to drive growth, further improve profitability, and support our commitment to sustainability in our products and business practices.

You equally act as a trailblazer in conceptualizing and implementing process automation in finance and operations. You support our Co-CEOs in building a future-proof infrastructure of harmonized and automated processes, data flows, and work streams as a basis to further scale internationally.

• Accounting and closings: AR/AP, bank and net sales reconciliations, payroll coordination, preparation of quarterly and annual closings and statutory audit support, IC matters, inventory valuation, fixed asset accounting, and provisions.
• Reporting and FP&A: monthly management reporting, quarterly and annual actuals vs. budget analysis, full-year forecast, business plan maintenance and model update, contribution margin analysis, and purchase planning.
• Treasury: regular cash planning and update of rolling cash forecasts, payment runs, FX, bank coordination with UBS.
• Corporate finance
  : fundraising support for debt and equity rounds, preparation of financial documentation and decks.
• Tax and compliance: VAT filings CH and EU, US sales tax, Swiss and US tax returns, transfer pricing, and coordination with external advisors.
• Investor relations and governance: preparation of bank and investor reports, board meetings and AGM, and ad-hoc IR requests.
• Systems & processes: continuously audit the tech stack and processes, identify and implement consolidation and automation opportunities, and build clean data flows and work streams across finance and operations.
• 3-5 years in audit / Big Four, transaction services, or investment banking, with real depth in accounting and corporate finance or proven track record in a finance function, with growing scope of responsibility, preferably within an international scale‑up, retail, apparel, or consumer goods company.
• Strong experience in hands‑on financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis; thorough understanding of Swiss statutory accounting (CO).
• Expertise in financial modeling and metrics, as well as a good understanding of key commercial indicators and KPIs.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• A strategic and global mindset with a hands‑on, problem‑solving approach to achieving company goals; strong entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to build and grow.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
