Operational Risk Analyst – CGL

Position: Operational Risk Analyst – CGL Hybrid Role
CGL seeks an Operational Risk Analyst in a hybrid work model to enhance our risk management processes. This role focuses on operational controls and regulatory frameworks while fostering a strong risk culture.

As part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will support the development of effective risk frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations like OSFI B-10 and E-21. You will ensure accurate operational data and influence risk education initiatives, while working closely with stakeholders to identify and document control mitigation tactics to enhance our risk landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Enterprise Risk Management frameworks for regulatory compliance

• Document and assess key operational controls

• Educate stakeholders on operational risk topics

• Identify and review risk and control tactics

• Complete risk and control assessments for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in Information or Operational Risk Management

• Degree in Business, IT, Math, or related field

• Experience in assessing IT controls

• CRISC or similar designation is an asset

• Proficient in English with non-francophone collaboration
