Position: Tax Compliance Senior Associate Hybrid Role
Join IMCO in downtown Toronto as a Tax Compliance Senior Associate, where you’ll operate in a hybrid capacity. This role emphasizes managing tax returns and ensuring compliance with both federal and provincial regulations.

As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include preparing income tax filings and overseeing GST/HST reconciliations. A detailed grasp of Canadian and U.S. tax legislation is critical for maintaining effective compliance efforts. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive improvements in tax processes and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Canadian federal and provincial income tax returns

• Prepare and review monthly GST/HST filings

• Coordinate U.S. tax compliance with external providers

• Address tax-related regulatory inquiries proactively

• Enhance tax workflows through continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation or in progress

• Minimum of 3 years tax experience

• Solid knowledge of income tax law

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
