Financial Analyst Staff – F-35 Sustainment – Level 4

Location: Fort Worth, TX

This position reports to the F‑35 Senior Business Manager for Sustainment contracts. Key responsibilities include proposal support and reviews, budget development and baselining for new contracts, monthly cost and profit analysis, quarterly CSR development, and contract change review/approval. The role requires close collaboration with Program Managers, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, and government counterparts.

You are a proactive, detail‑oriented finance professional with strong program management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract execution skills. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, leverage analytical expertise to support proposal development and establish financial baselines, monitor cost and profit performance, and offer insights that drive business decisions. You build relationships across cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Earned Value applications.
• Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, CFSR).
• Experience with contract and proposal processes.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR.

• Familiarity with LM Aeronautics business systems (SAP, Cost View/COBRA, ADAR, Hyperion, etc.).
• Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis functions such as Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance.
