Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
This role focuses on 4+ years borrower-side commercial real estate transactional law; autonomous deal management from start to finish; acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, development deals, financing transactions; PSAs, JV agreements, loan documents, and related transactional documentation; private investors, developers, and REIT clients.

• Have transactional finance, lending, real estate finance, or transportation finance experience
• Be comfortable drafting and negotiating finance documents
• Have strong attention to detail and client-service ability
• Have relevant bar admission or eligibility
• Be interested in sophisticated institutional finance work

• Litigation-only attorneys
