CGIC is seeking a dedicated professional for our full-time position within the Home and Auto Pricing Department. You will lead and enhance pricing strategies using advanced modeling tools while collaborating with a high-performing team. Your analytical expertise will be crucial as we adapt to emerging trends in the insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance rate change initiatives

• Utilize data sources and programming to meet objectives

• Communicate effectively within the team

• Streamline actuarial practices to align with best practices

• Oversee small to medium-sized projects effectively

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science

• 2 years minimum experience in Property and Casualty

• Familiarity with modeling software and programming

• Experience with actuarial projects and reserve analysis

• Working towards ACAS or FCAS designations beneficial
