Trader-Hire is looking for experienced equities traders to participate in its capital allocation program. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of trading experience, with strong risk intuition and discipline. The role is fully remote, allowing traders to operate on their schedule while benefiting from firm-backed capital.
You can earn a significant percentage of trading profits and have clear pathways to scale your allocation, starting with up to $50,000 of firm capital. A strong network and collaboration with other traders is encouraged to enhance performance.
