Trader-Hire, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking experienced equities traders for a fully remote independent contractor position. Traders will manage firm-backed capital, with profit splits starting at 65%, scaling to 90% based on performance. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of trading experience in options or equities and a strong understanding of risk management.
This role allows trading from any location with requirements for reliable internet connectivity. Candidates are expected to maintain professional records of their trading activity and participate in the firm’s collaborative environment.
