We are hiring proprietary traders to trade equities and options using firm‑allocated capital. You will develop, test, and refine your personal trading strategies across stocks and options markets with structured risk management and professional coaching support in a fully remote environment.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi‑leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

• Two or more years of demonstrated trading experience in options, equities, forex, or crypto
• Working knowledge of market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to control risk and protect capital across changing conditions
• Coachable, self‑directed, and committed to ongoing skill development
• Reliable trading workstation with redundant internet preferred
• Familiarity with retail or professional trading platforms is helpful but not required

• Independent contractor role (1099) with performance‑based incentives
• Profit‑sharing structure with splits increasing from 65% up to 90%
• Starting capital allocation of up to $50,000, scalable to $500,000+
• Fully remote work with flexible hours tailored to your schedule
• Capital increases available as frequently as every two months based on results
