** What you’ll be doing
** The Special Arrangements Agent is accountable for the vetting and resolution of complex Large Corporate and Mid-Market customer requests related to special payment arrangements, often containing non-standard documentation, while upholding compliance to internal controls and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements. This includes performing and validating interest calculations, assessing requests for payment restructuring, and ensuring all arrangements meet policy and regulatory standards.

* ** How you’ll succeed**
* ** Analytical Skills** **–
** Interpret, validate and execute internal and external client requests by establishing new special arrangements or amending existing arrangements for complex corporate structures, conducting reviews of existing files and correcting documentation gaps relating to special arrangements or AML, discovered during the vetting process. Perform accurate interest calculations and adjustments as required.
* ** Critical Thinking** **–
** Verify documentation according to established procedures to confirm that documents received from customers are complete and properly executed. Review complex legal agreements related to Cash Management products to allow implementation of new products and amendments to existing products. Address gaps in special arrangements documentation, escalating unresolved items, applying policies or engaging the appropriate internal partners to facilitate a resolution.

** Provide assistance to clients, Relationship Managers and BCC colleagues to address questions related to special arrangements and AML requirements. Also, provide assistance and guidance to more junior team members when required.
