Summary of the Role
The Advisor will provide access to the employees of Wealthspire’s 401(k) and 403(b) corporate clients, offer employee education, and leverage our proprietary financial wellness platform, Wellcents, to build relationships and generate wealth management referrals. Administrative support is included. Conduct group and individual financial education meetings. Increase employee participation and deferrals, and provide investment education. Travel required. Training provided.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct group and individual employee financial education meetings in English and Spanish, in-person and virtual
- Serve as primary point of contact and lead financial education for plan participants
- Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service; actively interact with clients and their employees to meet service expectations
- Cross-sell all lines of business and services available at Wealthspire
- Prepare for meetings in advance and ensure follow-up and execution of deliverables
- Consult with Wealthspire’s internal ERISA teams to ensure proper compliance regarding all client matters
- Respond to employee concerns and ensure questions or issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Building and managing client relationships;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude
Education And/or Experience
- College degree preferred
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000. The final base salary will be determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope of the position, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
