Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Financial Advisor role based in Lexington, KY, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their goals, analyze their financial situations, and develop tailored financial and retirement plans. Daily responsibilities include reviewing investment portfolios, monitoring market conditions, and recommending appropriate strategies aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and objectives.

The role involves preparing financial reports, documenting client interactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards. The Financial Advisor will also help grow the client base through referrals, networking, and collaboration with internal team members, while maintaining ongoing relationships through regular reviews and proactive outreach.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based client strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze portfolios, assess risk, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Advisory, including client-facing consultation, needs assessment, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP®, CFA, ChFC) are preferred.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to acting in clients’ best interests.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple client relationships and priorities.
