Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Advisor at Baystate Financial in Falmouth, Maine, with flexibility for remote work. The advisor will provide financial planning advice, retirement strategies, and investment recommendations, working closely with clients and team leaders to help achieve their financial goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Advisory
• Expertise in Finance and Investments
• Experience with retirement planning strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
