What You’ll Do
In this role, you will leverage the extensive resources of the home office to support financial advisors in serving clients with complex needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the field and High Net Worth (HNW) offerings, acting as a subject‑matter expert and guiding branch teams along the optimal path for client servicing and engagement. You will implement operational efficiencies to manage a high volume of HNW business cases and ensure timely execution of next steps, connecting Financial Advisors with the appropriate teams to support client and prospect opportunities.
- Contribute to departmental objectives, projects, and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and clients. Provide insights and recommendations to the HNW Client Development Manager to support strategic decision‑making.
- Provide branches with solutions‑based coaching to support the integration of HNW product & services offerings. Research and resolve complex client issues, applying critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Manage and optimise capacity: lead the facilitation of aligning client/prospect development cases with the appropriate HNW client service team (i.e., Generations) to optimise the available resources within the High Net Worth offering. Create and execute operational processes that ensure client/prospect cases are handled appropriately, quickly, and with the highest branch and client experience possible.
- Program management: manage individual client opportunities and ensure each opportunity is fully serviced and supported with operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Branch Teams to implement High Net Worth, Banking, and Financial Planning solutions.
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery and business growth.
- Act as a liaison between the home office and branch teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of Edward Jones’ structure, processes, and support systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive results and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance in client offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including:
- Strong understanding of financial services industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Financial Advisor and Branch Team processes.
- Knowledge of High Net Worth, Banking, and Financial Planning offerings.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in project and programme management.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- SIE, Series 7, and/or Series 66
- CFA or CFP
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
