Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator III coordinates with customers and Sales Representatives to ensure proper documentation is utilized, issues are handled in a timely manner, and closings occur as planned.

• Draft, revise, and negotiate documentation independently with in‑house and external counsel.
• Make independent determinations and exercise sound judgment regarding proposed document revisions, escalating to credit, legal, asset management, or senior leadership when appropriate.
• Demonstrate critical path thinking with deals, including drafting and negotiating landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements, and no‑interest letters with minimal supervision.
• Work with complex vertical product groups such as Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications, and Middle Market, advising on documentation for transactions and analyzing pricing, deal structure, collateral evaluation, credit, and tax components.
• May be responsible for development, training, and day‑to‑day supervision of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, including 3 years of loan documentation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Legal experience.
• Juris Doctorate or Master's Degree.

Office. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, combining in‑office and work from home.

57,000.00 –  USD Annual. Eligible for an incentive compensation plan. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave, PTO, and additional wellness programs.
