Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Remote Loan Officer at American Financial Network Inc. The Loan Officer will be responsible for building rapport and pipeline with clientele. You'll have access to a team and support so you can focus on selling, structuring and closing. No doc chasing. This role is located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area with opportunities for remote work.

What makes our branch different? We are active investors and creative mortgage experts. We can't guarantee success, but in a current "slow market", we are still closing a high volume.

Qualifications

• Some Finance and Underwriting knowledge
• Customer Service expertise
• Strong digital media presence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
