Job Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate to support multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). The role involves providing client service support, ensuring operational excellence and client advocacy, and acting as the primary point of contact for FA client needs.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service and educate clients on all banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in ensuring practices align with the bank’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by emphasizing the bank’s offerings and promoting integration of banking into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal needs, while maintaining a client‑first mindset.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and/or Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with changing and evolving responsibilities.
- Detail oriented with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

Work location:
Office (some employees working from home may be eligible; onsite work may be required).
Hourly pay: $25.00 – $44.00, based on experience, education, and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible.
