Tax Analyst, Financial Analyst
Position Summary
The Client Integration Analyst supports the Transaction Tax Compliance function by assisting on new client implementations and data processing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze client source data reports and build data models from multiple client reporting platforms for import into DMA systems.
- Establish guidelines for tax credits, amended returns, renewals, notice handling expectations, funding procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Document compliance processes and procedures for each new client.
- Set up new client profile in all internal software systems used for return preparation.
- Maintain client contact throughout new client onboarding process.
- Manage transition process from onboarding to production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client data issues during onboarding.
- Process client data feeds into tax software program.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with online filing and back‑end client reporting as needed.
- Support Production team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience with DMA or in a similar position.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous data modeling experience preferred.
- Ability to learn Transaction Tax and software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; this position does not qualify for employment‑based sponsorship.
