We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior IT Business Analyst (Credit).
What you’ll do- Support Credit Trading desks (e.g., CDS, bonds, indices, tranches as applicable) with live risk and P&L‑related analysis, issue triage, and day‑to‑day change needs.
- Act as the Front Office IT‑facing BA for live risk, partnering closely with Traders, Desk Strat/Quants (where applicable), Market Risk, Product Control, Valuation Control, Operations and Technology.
- Own and drive requirements definition for enhancements and fixes across risk, pricing/valuation inputs, sensitivities, curves/spreads, reference data, and market data.
- Perform impact analysis for changes affecting risk measures (e.g., CS01/DV01, spread risk, jump‑to‑default, basis, IR/credit curve moves), P&L explain, and valuation controls.
- Lead incident and problem management for live risk issues: triage, root‑cause coordination, prioritisation, and communication through to resolution (including workaround definition where needed).
- Support controls and governance: evidence collection, sign‑offs, and adherence to change management expectations in a controlled environment.
- Provide stakeholder updates (desk‑facing and management‑facing), simplifying complex risk topics into crisp, decision‑ready summaries.
- Contribute to operational readiness for live risk processes: runbooks/knowledge articles, support handover, and training for BAU teams where relevant.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Trading products and risk drivers (e.g., single‑name CDS, credit indices, bonds; plus understanding of spread/curve dynamics).
- Solid understanding of front‑to‑back trade lifecycle and how it impacts risk, valuation, P&L, P&L explain, and controls.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / FO IT BA / Production Support BA in a banking/markets environment, ideally supporting live risk.
- Experience working with risk and valuation concepts (sensitivities, curves, market data inputs, pricing assumptions) and partnering with Risk/PC/Valuation Control.
- Strong stakeholder management, including confidence engaging Front Office and handling time‑sensitive priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp updates and structured documentation.
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment with audit trail, evidence, and formal sign‑offs.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced trading environment, balancing BA work with live issue management.
The pay range for this role is 20 000 PLN - 24 900 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
