Whirlpool Corporation is looking for strong talent to join our fast‑paced, high‑performing Finance organization. We are hiring for multiple positions across Accounting, General Finance, Treasury, Audit, and Tax. In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional leadership to deliver robust financial planning and analysis, precise budgeting, rigorous data‑driven forecasting, and manage global treasury and capital structures while maintaining world‑class corporate governance and compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Locations we are hiring in:
Benton Harbor / St. Joseph, MI; multiple manufacturing locations across the U.S.

• Forecasting and Planning
  • Provide near and long‑range forecasting to enhance strategic decision‑making (strategy planning, annual budgeting, and monthly outlook). Review financial results and run comparative analysis to ensure reasonability and consistency with overall financial objectives.
• Manage and drive process efficiency
  • Deliver continuous improvements across key recurring processes to simplify and improve efficiencies while maintaining or improving data quality. Utilize process and systems knowledge to advise cross‑functional teams on appropriate data sources for analysis.
• Drive Analytical Insights for Process Partners
  • Deliver analytical insights and influence decision‑making by establishing relationships with process partners that facilitate effective collaboration and drive positive change.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of professional work experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, or Internal Audit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presence and proven ability to influence others
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization and cross‑functionally
• Achievement‑oriented with the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
• System proficiency: SAP, BPC, BEX, Business Objects, Anaplan
• System proficiency:
  Google Tools, Excel, Word, and Power Point
