Revival Gourmet Foods is looking for an experienced Financial Controller in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, to manage all aspects of financial oversight at our production facility. This role involves partnering with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and proactive cost management. Your contributions will be crucial for fostering continuous improvement and compliance within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial analysis with site partners

• Manage financial reporting and variance analysis

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan development

• Oversee inventory management and cost accounting

• Initiate and track improvements in operational metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA highly preferred

• 5+ years of progressive financial experience

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Office

• Strong analytical and communication competencies

• Ability to lead through influence and meet deadlines
