Position: Controller Role at Revival Gourmet Foods
Location: Trois-Rivières

Take the lead as Controller at Revival Gourmet Foods, where you’ll manage financial operations while supporting strategic decisions in our Downingtown, Pennsylvania facility. This remote position focuses on profitability through effective financial management and collaboration.

In your leadership role, you will oversee key financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting while providing actionable insights to site leadership. Candidates should possess a solid background in accounting with significant experience in manufacturing. Your contributions will drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on financial analysis to recommend operational strategies

• Own the financial review process, including variance analysis

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and forecast management

• Oversee cost accounting practices and inventory control

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor operational metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing environments

• Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Leadership experience with a focus on results
