Financial Analyst- Revenue Cycle Analytics- Remote

Job Summary

This position analyzes and reports on monthly financial statements, maintains databases, supports strategic projects, assists in the budget process, and responds to ad‑hoc reporting requests.

• Update and maintain financial information.
• Provide reporting and analytics to ensure operational profitability.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
• Participate in the formation of the budget.

• Participate in special projects involving financial analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, or Computer Science, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting (preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively testing for certification (preferred).

• Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and office software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good judgment and decision‑making skills.

Medium work:
Exerting 20–50 pounds of force occasionally, 10–25 pounds frequently, or up to 10 pounds constantly. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, and grab with arms, sit for prolonged periods, travel between facilities, and work a flexible schedule. No exposure to blood or body fluids; no occupational risk for communicable diseases. Hazardous medication exposure may occur in certain duties.
