Position: MANAGING PARTNER - REO CAPITAL

REO Capital is a Capital Raising Firm located in Beverly Hills, CA. We provide capital raises to emerging managers for hedge funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds.

Job Description

Managing Partner – REO Capital, LLC seeks a Managing Partner for capital raising with private equity & venture capital funds. The role includes marketing, developing relationships, and managing business development activities to grow our capital raising business.

As Managing Partner, you will work on 5-10 funds simultaneously with the goal of generating a 7‑figure income.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with private equity funds, venture capital funds, and hedge funds.
  • Marketing funds to RIAs, family offices, fund of funds, private banks, insurance companies, endowments, and foundations.
  • Executing direct contact, warm calls, and business development activities aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Maintaining a robust Rolodex of wealth management firms, family offices, and HNW investors.

Compensation is based on a 25% split of all retainer revenues plus success fee commissions, management fee, and carried interest commissions. The position is commission‑only and does not include a salary.

Hours are 9‑5 pm with occasional travel; location is flexible to work from home or office.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Series 7 & 63 securities licenses or Series 82 & 63 licenses.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience raising capital for venture capital, private equity, or hedge funds.
  • Series 82 and 63 securities licenses or the ability to obtain them.
  • Strong sales background, ability to work without supervision, and proven business‑development skills.

  • Existing Rolodex of RIAs, family offices, and HNW investors.
