Lease Administrator, Operations, Contract
Burlington, ON, Canada (Hybrid)

Job Description
As a  Lease Administrator , you will work collaboratively with a team of about five colleagues to manage retail transaction system adjustments, system audits and reporting. You will ensure accurate completion of trade‑up terminations and timely setup of ongoing payments. You will exercise adherence to credit and matrix authorizations, system rules and corporate policies to meet customer turnaround commitments.

Please note this is a 6‑month contract hybrid opportunity.

Day to Day
Booking Functions – Responsible for the following for each transaction:

Finalize the booking process within Info Lease

Prepare all terminations associated with newly booked contracts

Prepare Trade‑up Journal

File preparation for Imaging

Creating all Trade‑Up terminations

Reconciliation of Trade‑Up journals

Reconciliation of Dealer Payables

Assist Finance and Contract Admin with funding related items

Manage post‑booking funding needs to ensure timely and accurate completion

Handle specific reconcilations between Portfolio Administration and Finance

Update all necessary data in DLL’s back‑end system accurately and promptly

Tackle customer complaints, identify root causes and collaborate with team and other departments on resolution

Upload multi‑asset files and prepare files

General responsibilities:

Develop and maintain consultative relationships with internal customers regarding key system requirements and processes.

Accountable for achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and SLAs.

Review and update procedures, training manuals and reports.

Ensure proper records are kept and that policies and procedures are followed.

Support IT project implementation: create, execute test cases and develop training material.

Back‑up others within the Portfolio Administration Department as needed.

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Post‑secondary education required.

Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.

Finance or operations experience with leasing or financing considered an asset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight time frames while maintaining accuracy.

Self‑directed, decisive and goal‑oriented.

Comfortable in an empowered environment with limited step‑by‑step direction.

Salary and Benefits
$52,323.00 – $78,485.00

Additional factors may be used to determine pay, including specific skills, years of relevant experience and other qualifications. Many candidates may start in the lower half of the range.

This position is subject to DLL’s compensation plans and policies. It includes all benefits provided to DLL employees, including health care, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, discretionary bonuses and other benefits subject to eligibility.
