Associate, Investor Relations

Elevate IR is looking for an Associate through their unique Associate Accelerator program. This two-week paid program is designed for early-career professionals in capital markets. Participants will work closely with the firm’s directors and have the chance to secure a full-time position based on their performance.

• Prepare financial reports, press releases, and earnings call scripts.
• Build relationships with investors and analysts through calls.
• Organize investor marketing events like road shows.
• Create presentations and pitch books with relevant data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in capital markets or investor relations.
• Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Good understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
