Assistant General Counsel - Mortgage Insurance And Counter party Risk Management Hybrid Remote
Scheduled work from home days. The attorney will be part of the single-family mortgage operations and technology group, primarily working with the mortgage insurance and counter party credit risk business areas, and providing counsel related to mortgage insurance, document custody and risk mitigation and related matters. This group is part of the SF Real Estate Department in the company’s Legal Division, which provides all-around legal support and advice to the Single Family Business area of the company, covering all aspects of residential mortgage underwriting, purchase, delivery, servicing and risk mitigation.
