Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Cash Flow Analyst in our Cleveland office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.
Position Summary:
Do you have treasury management experience and looking to transition it into a new industry? Do you enjoy forecasting and analysis to determine cash patterns? Do you have experience with banking, setting up wires, ACHs? Then our Cash Flow Analyst position may be what you're looking for! This position is for the experienced financial professional who loves all things Excel and brings their accounting to the table!
The Cash Flow Analyst is a crucial member of the finance team responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity, and mitigating financial risks. They play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the organization and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Essential Functions:
- Monitoring and managing the company's daily cash position
- Preparing and executing cash forecasting and analysis
- Optimizing cash management processes for efficiency
- Reconciling bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts
- Preparing treasury-related forecasts and analyses
- Handling foreign currency transactions and managing exchange rate fluctuations
- Support the development of relationships with banking partners
- Supporting month-end closing processes
- Performs other duties and projects assigned
Qualifications:
The Cash Flow Analyst must have a bachelor's degree, preferably accounting or finance, from an accredited university. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Essential soft skills encompass strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and adaptability.
Aderant experience and excellent customer service skills are a plus.
The salary range for this position is $69K to $84.5K.
