Job Description
The National Escrow Officer Lender Services Division is responsible for managing and closing high-volume refinance escrow transactions on a national scale. Working within the Lender Services Division, this role partners directly with lending institutions, mortgage servicers, and settlement partners to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely refinance closings. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in lender-driven workflows, investor requirements, and multi-state refinance regulations.
Skills/
Experience:
Process, and close residential refinance escrow transactions.
- Review and analyze lender closing instructions, loan documents, payoff statements, title commitments, and subordination agreements for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare Closing Disclosures (CD), ALTA settlement statements, and lender-required documents in full compliance with TRID, RESPA, and investor guidelines
- Coordinate with lenders, loan officers, processors, borrowers, title companies, and attorneys to meet lender-mandated closing deadlines
Required Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of escrow or title/settlement experience with a strong focus on refinance transactions
Res Ware Software
- Licensing:
Valid escrow officer license/certification in applicable states (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain lender client relationships
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
