Senior Manager FP&A

We’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to join our Finance team. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A and be responsible for leading FP&A business partner relationships while driving strategic finance initiatives. This high‑visibility role works directly with the CFO, ELT and external advisors and involves planning cycles such as Budget/Forecast/LRP, revenue, headcount, cost of goods, operating expenses, and compiling information into financial plans.

• Own finance business partnership with VPs and C‑level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans
• Prepare and present deliverables to C‑suite
• Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision‑making and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans
• Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability
• Manage the P&L for the business by analysing results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimisation efforts
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to drive more accurate forecasting and planning
• Support other FP&A leaders to develop long‑term strategies
• Build and maintain a network of cross‑functional contacts to anticipate and plan for changes to revenue generation strategies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Expert knowledge in Excel
• Experience developing, maintaining and reporting on a P&L
• Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership
• Experience in consulting or accounting firm preferred
• Experience managing teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a working language required for a global company with employees outside Quebec

Compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 CAD (Ontario).
