Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. is looking for a Controller for a remote position in the Greater Boston Area. This role will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and financial close, with regular interaction with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred and over 7 years of progressive experience in the accounting field, ideally within the insurance industry.
This opportunity includes a competitive base salary in the $140,000-$150,000 range with a bonus potential of up to 25% based on performance.
