The main role will be within the Financial Direction, reporting to the Head of Financial Analysis Studies and Projects, and joining a team of four. In partnership with a business analyst, your primary mission will be to conduct studies and analysis tools on various company activities (property, construction, rental management, sales) in collaboration with different company services or subsidiaries.
You will be a driving force in updating recurring studies and suggesting new ones, ensuring the quality of the collected and analyzed information.
Your duties will include:
- Data sourcing:
Using all necessary IT tools:
MyReport Builder, ULIS, Salvia property, Salvia financing, Qualiac, calling on the IT Department if needed (requesting data extraction SPIU, requesting application work), obtaining data from relevant support or operational services, checking the consistency of the data obtained through analysis, and/or exchanging with the concerned operational staff. - Studies:
Conducting recurring studies, performing ad-hoc studies at the request of different company services or subsidiaries, identifying and proposing new studies to provide new insights and support decision-making on complex or strategic issues, reporting on all requests and studies with an appropriate format (written study, consultation tool, PowerPoint presentation, etc.) highlighting key points and areas of concern. Areas of study include: establishing and updating the property database and producing a summary, monitoring and analyzing SLS, APL/AL, RLS, analyzing the results of the OPS survey and providing a consultation tool, studying the evolution of recoverable charge amounts and analyzing variations, evaluating the financial opportunity of selling programs in bulk or to tenants. - Vigilance and advice:
Ensuring active monitoring in your area of intervention and ensuring the dissemination of information, providing advice and support in your field of activity to operational staff and managers.
Expected profile:
You hold a Bac +5 (Master
2) degree in finance, management, economics, or engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, management control, audit, or financial studies. Expected skills include: strong analytical and synthesis capacity, with a critical approach to data quality and the proposal of relevant indicators, a strong interest in analysis tools, data processing, and data reliability, advanced proficiency in Excel, an interest in data visualization tools (PowerBI), and ease in handling data from multiple systems (ERP, business tools), strong writing skills: ability to produce clear studies and deliver analyses to various audiences, good interpersonal skills and a preference for working across financial and operational teams, rigor, organization, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
A good knowledge of the social housing sector would be an advantage.
