This role involves training and evaluating AI models for real estate finance. Responsibilities include designing complex problems for AI chatbots, evaluating output quality, and improving model performance. Financial expertise in accounting, investment banking, wealth management, or insurance planning is required.

• Full-time or part-time REMOTE position
• Choose projects and work on your own schedule
• Paid hourly starting at $50-$60 USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

• Provide AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI model outputs

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning
• Master’s or Ph.D. in progress or completed (preferred but not required)

Payment is made via Pay Pal. Only applicants in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
