We are hiring a Commercial FP&A Manager
The Commercial FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the commercial financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision‑making, and drive operational performance. The FP&A Manager develops financial models, analyzes key business trends, and delivers actionable recommendations that help achieve the organization’s financial and strategic objectives.
This role can work remotely anywhere in the US, but must be willing to travel to any of our sites, as needed.
Responsibilities- Lead the annual commercial budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
- Partner with Enterprise FP&A to develop and maintain long‑range financial plans.
- Coordinate planning activities across departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide variance analysis and explain business drivers affecting results.
- Create dashboards and executive presentations to communicate financial performance.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case development.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and other functional teams to improve business performance.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, such as new product launches.
- Improve financial systems, tools, and data analytics capabilities.
- Manage and develop FP&A analysts.
- Establish performance goals and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
- Consistently apply TIDI Management System, systemic thinking, and encourage continuous improvement.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of management or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, or similar industries preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $120,000 - $140,000, less applicable with holdings and deductions, paid on a bi‑weekly basis. The actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
