ATTENTION EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS!

It’s Opportunity Time! We need an Experienced Loan Officer with REAL SKILLS.

• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach others.
• Structure, teach, and support loan officers, with a focus on actionable guidance.
• Support our team of six new loan officers (6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days) to help them scale.
• Lead by example and contribute to a high-performance, results-driven environment.

• Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government (Gov), and Non-QM loans is preferred.
• DU/LP fluency required.
• Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Proven leadership potential and a relentless work ethic.
• Ability to teach file structuring and educate team members like a leader.

I’m Niko Kramer, and I’ll be your wingman in building a team that’s UNSTOPPABLE. With 18 Loan Officers already under my wing, you’ll be in elite company. I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish.
