As a Bookkeeper at Intercash, you're integral to our ambitious financial management initiatives. This full-time role involves meticulous handling of multi-currency invoices via Quick Books, maintaining creditor and debtor controls, and assisting with banking processes. You'll adapt to a fast-paced environment while also enjoying collaboration within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-currency invoices using Quick Books

• Maintain detailed creditor controls and reports

• Conduct bank reconciliations on a weekly/monthly basis

• Input employee expenses and oversee control measures

• Forward financial reports to Treasury for payment oversight

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in accounting, especially in global contexts

• Proficient in Quick Books with multi-currency skills

• Intermediate abilities in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Solid oral and written English communication skills;
French is advantageous

• Strong organizational skills for effective remote coordination
