Position: Financial Analyst for Multi-Entity Reporting
Join ARAG Legal Solutions Inc. as a Senior Reporting Analyst, focusing on consolidations and financial reporting. This role combines remote work flexibility with key responsibilities in Toronto’s financial sector.

As a Senior Reporting Analyst reporting directly to the Controller, you will support month-end close and prepare crucial financial statements. You'll engage in multi-entity reconciliations and ensure compliance with auditing procedures while improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes

• Prepare working papers and journal entries

• Conduct performance insights through management reports

• Execute intercompany reconciliations and eliminations

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance

• CPA or in-progress CPA preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; BI tools experience is necessary

• Strong analytical aptitude and communication skills
