Job Overview
Provide client‑service support to one or more Financial Advisors, serving as the primary point of contact for Merrill clients. Act as a liaison between advisors, clients and the bank, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client materials and assistance with advisor needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent client service by educating clients on all bank products and services.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of client materials; follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Ensure practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration into day‑to‑day practices.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Client‑centric mindset, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Currently holds or is pursuing FINRA SIE, Series 7, and/or Series 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66).
- Knowledge of investment products and the ability to deliver complex solutions.
- Experience working with clients in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail oriented, committed to continuous learning, and possessing sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Work Hours & LocationShift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 37.5.
Location:
US – CT – Southbury – 108 MAIN ST N (CT9108).
Hourly pay: $25.00 – $44.00 (range based on experience). Eligible for discretionary incentive plan and yearly discretionary award. Benefits package includes paid time off and employee resources.
